1. When will my order be ready?
- When you created your order, you selected a due date and time. Your order will be ready for pickup at that time, unless a Staples Copy & Print Center associate contacted you to advise that the requested due date and time are not feasible.
- If you do not remember the due date and time requested on your order, you may look them up by going to: My Account > Order Status; and finding the order you wish to research. The Due Date and Time are listed under the order number.
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up.
