4. How will I know that my order was received at the store I selected?

• When your order is submitted to the store you selected, the order status will show as Pending Approval until a Staples Copy & Print Center associate has updated the order status.
• You may view the status of your order online at any time after it is submitted.
• Select: My Account > Order status. Find the order you wish to research.
• The status of the order appears below the order number.
• If you do not see your order listed, it was not sent to the store. Click the "Cart" link at the top of the page to determine whether the job is still in your Cart. If so, follow the prompts through Checkout, and be sure to click the "Submit Order" button on the Checkout > Review Order page.
• After submitting your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation page. Print that page for future reference.
• If you do not have any orders in your cart, create your order and submit it to your selected Staples Copy & Print Center.
