12. Can I reorder a job I previously submitted?

  • Yes. Once an order status is marked Picked Up by a Staples Copy & Print Center associate, it is available for you to easily reorder through this site.
  • To reorder, go to: My Accounts > Order Status. Find the job you wish to reorder.
  • A Reorder button is located to the right of the order number. Click the "Reorder" button.
  • To make any desired modifications to the order specifications, such as quantity, features or file, click the job title link on the shopping cart.
  • Proceed through Checkout and submit your order.
  • If the Reorder button is not visible, it means that the order has not been changed to Picked Up status by a Staples Copy & Print Center associate. Contact the appropriate Staples® store to have the status updated.
  • Once the status is updated, you can reorder using the steps outlined above.
