13. Why can't I reorder this file?

  • If the Reorder button is not visible, it means that the order has not been changed to Picked Up status by a Staples Copy & Print Center associate. Contact the appropriate Staples store to have the status updated.
  • Once the status is updated, you can reorder your copy job.
  • To reorder, go to: My Accounts > Order Status. Find the job you wish to reorder.
  • A Reorder button is located to the right of the order number. Click the Reorder button.
  • Make any desired modifications to the order specifications, such as quantity, features or file.
  • Proceed through Checkout and submit your order.
